Our company started in 2017 by opening an esthetic salon (A beauty salon).
There are three things that I have cherished since the opening of the business.
The first is to sincerely face the voice of “beauty” that each person desires, and work together to realize stories and stories of the dreams and thoughts that customers want to achieve.
The second is to have as many people as possible feel the power of genuine beauty, and have them experience unprecedented excitement.
Third, we want to make beauty more accessible and bring smiles and happiness to everyone.

I started working in the beauty industry with the dream of “delivering happiness to people around the world in the world of beauty.”

However, my experience there will change my values greatly.

We use the same cosmetics, products, and equipment, and perform the same treatment, even though each customer has their own worries and feelings about beauty, skin type, constitution, bone structure, and changes in the body that are unique to women. And the site was a race against time rather than facing the customer’s beauty, such as finishing the number of people who exceeded the limit of treatment in one day like an assembly line.
At that time, did I satisfy the customer with this? Are you delivering happiness with beauty? I was working while thinking about every day.
Of course, I suggested improvements many times, but the reality is that they are not accepted.

I reconsidered once again what I wanted to do in the world of beauty.
I still feel strongly that I was really lucky to have that time.

I would like to contribute to expanding the possibilities of beauty and delivering happiness to customers who want to live their own way, and move forward into the future together with them! that was my answer.

Therefore, with my unwavering passion for beauty, and with determination, conviction, and determination, I aim to create unique beauty values and deliver excitement to customers with a new beauty culture. I decided to challenge myself to see how far I can go in the world of

Now, in addition to A beauty salon, A beauty hair removal salon, A beauty whitening, A beauty yoga & pilates, mail-order business, product development and technology development, we have received many voices from customers, partners and employees. Being able to receive it has led to new discoveries and a variety of ideas.
We are already waiting for the development of new businesses that will give shape to the discoveries and ideas that are treasures.
With the aim of contributing to customers and society by further expanding our existing directly managed salons, mail-order business, and development business, and by “creating new added value of beauty,” we have started as a new “A BEAUTY JAPAN Co., Ltd.” rice field.
